From october 2022 to juli 2024 I took a photo of my foldable bicycle in the hotelrooms used on my work travel. I took photos just* as I entered, placed it in what appeared to be a logical spot, and before messing with the room.

Someone called this an art project but I was just curious whether the bike would stand out as a unifying factor. Turns out hotel rooms are so formulaic that after a photo or two it quickly becomes just "one of the elements". It's only the non-standard rooms where this is different.

The photos speak for themselves. I've numbered them and added the country.

*Some photos feature a lill chicken, book or bag. These are occurences where I first unloaded part of my bag but otherwise didn't mess with the room.
